No. We avoid harsh ingredients like parabens, sulfates, and unnecessary fillers.

Q: Can I use multiple Colette products together?
Yes! Our products are designed to complement each other and work as a simple, effective routine.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship across Pakistan?
Yes, we ship nationwide. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping will be announced soon.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000. For orders below, a flat rate of PKR 200 applies.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What if I receive a damaged product?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened. However, if your item is unused and sealed, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
